骨肉瘤患者家庭照顾者社会支持、生活质量与照护负担的相关性研究

摘要
目的了解骨肉瘤患者家庭照顾者的照护负担、社会支持和生活质量现状,探讨照护负担与社会支持、生活质量的关系。方法采用横断面研究设计,以便利抽样法选取80例在上海市第六人民医院骨肿瘤科住院的骨肉瘤患者及其家庭照顾者为研究对象,采用自行编制的一般资料问卷调查家庭照顾者和患者的人口统计学资料,使用Zarit负担量表、社会支持评定量表和简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)分别评估家庭照顾者照顾负担、社会支持及生活质量的状况。采用SPSS 16.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 80名家庭照顾者的照护负担得分为(31.23±1.56)分,处于中度负担;社会支持得分为(1.23±5.38)分,生活质量得分为(61.23±5.38)分。Pearson相关分析显示,照护负担与社会支持、生活质量均呈负相关(r=-0.370,P<0.01;r=-0.347,P<0.01)。结论骨肉瘤患者家庭照顾者的社会支持度越大,生活质量越高,照护负担就越小。
Objective To understand the burden of care, social support and quality of life of family caregivers of osteosarcoma patients,and to explore the relationship between the burden of care, social support and quality of life. Method In a cross-sectional study, with the method of convenience sampling, 80 cases of patients with osteosarcoma Shanghai No.6 People's Hospital bone tumor hospital and their family caregivers as the resea rch object, using the general information questionnaire developed to take care of family demographic data and patient's scale, social support scale and short form health survey using Zarit the burden(SF-36) respectively to assess the family caregivers burden, social support and quality of life status. SPSS16.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data. Result The score of care burden was(31.23±1.56), social support score was(1.23±5.38), quality of life score was(61.23±5.38). The burden of care was negatively correlated with social support and quality of life(r=-0.370, P<0.01; r=-0.347, P<0.01), and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The burden of family caregivers of osteosarcoma patients was heavy, and negatively correlated with social support, and negatively correlated with quality of life.
