Objective To investigate main adverse reactions and prevention and treatment strategies of statins in clinical application. Methods Treat 112 patients with statins in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 as examples, divide them into two groups in average. 56 cases with statins according to routine method were included in control group, and 56 cases with statins according to prevention and treatment strategy against adverse reactions as observation group. Results Total effective rate of observation group was 96.43%, higher than control group. Adverse reaction rate of observation group was 7.14%, lower than 23.21% of control group, and there was no muscle adverse reactions in observation group. Conclusion Prevention and treatment strategy against main adverse reactions of statins can reduce adverse reactions incidence effectively, ensure treatment effect of patients, and improve their life quality, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
