摘要

创新驱动背景下,医院临床科研复合型人才培养体系的建立,可有效促进医疗方面资源的有效利用和医疗服务的公平性。因此对医院临床科研复合型人才培养体系的建立进行研究具有较高的临床意义,在此研究中,通过在知网2014—2018年的文献资料的阅读、调研以及喀什地区第一人民医院的实地访谈,了解2014—2018年创新驱动背景下医院临床科研复合型人才的培养现状、制度以及改进措施。结果显示,实际中,医院的医疗资源没有被充分利用,复合型人才不足,医疗培养复合型人才制度不完善。因此,要推进临床科研复合型人才的培养措施,建立完善的医院人才培养制度。思考创新驱动背景下医院临床科研复合型人才的培养,强化科研意识,提高医疗的有效利用率,提高医院综合实力。
        Under the background of innovation drive, the establishment of hospital clinical research compound talent training system can effectively promote the effective use of medical resources and the fairness of medical services. Therefore, it is of high clinical significance to study the establishment of the hospital clinical research compound talent training system. In this study, through the reading and research of the literature from 2014 to 2018, and the field interview of the first people's hospital in Kashgar. To understand the current situation, system and improvement measures of hospital clinical research composite talents under the background of innovation drive from 2014 to 2018.The results show that in practice, the hospital's medical resources are not fully utilized, the composite talents are insufficient, and the medical training compound talent system is not perfect. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the training measures for clinical research and compound talents, and establish a sound hospital personnel training system.Thinking about the innovation and driving the cultivation of hospital clinical research compound talents, strengthening scientific research awareness, improving the effective utilization rate of medical care, and improving the comprehensive strength of hospitals.
