摘要

目的:探讨小儿先天性巨结肠根治术的干预化护理及施行效果。方法:收治小儿先天性巨结肠根治术患儿90例,随机分为两组。对照组用遵医护理,试验组用干预化护理,比较结果。结果:试验组满意程度、环境舒适程度、心理舒适程度、生理舒适程度、小儿先天性巨结肠根治术实施的耗时、小儿手术的配合度、相关并发症比例方面相比对照组更有优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿先天性巨结肠根治术患者实施干预化护理效果确切。
        Objective:To explore the intervention nursing and effect of radical operation for Hirschsprung's disease in children.Methods:90 children with Hirschsprung's disease underwent radical operation were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated by medical compliance nursing,and the experimental group was treated by interventional nursing.We compared the results.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group had more advantages in terms of satisfaction,environmental comfort,psychological comfort,physiological comfort,time-consuming of radical resection of Hirschsprung's disease in children,coordination degree of operation in children and the proportion of related complications,P<0.05 the difference was significant.Conclusion:Intervention nursing is effective in radical surgery for Hirschsprung's disease in children.
