摘要
目的探究微生物检验结果的主要影响因素及质量控制策略。方法抽选2017年5月—2018年5月该院行微生物检验报告300份做回顾分析,探究各类检验准确率,根据《质量手册》等文件要求,分析微生物检验中主要影响因素,并总结相应质量控制对策。结果现阶段微生物检验共检测准确258份,准确率较低(86.00%),且在临床常见微生物检验类型中,HIV抗体检测准确率相对较高,达91.07%(51/56);其次为霍乱弧菌检测准确率86.67%(26/30),其他项检验准确率最低77.78%(14/18);且经综合分析发现,该组所选检测报告中共有42份检测报告出现误差,误差率14.00%(42/300),导致检验结果出现问题的主要影响因素包括人为因素、标本因素等,其中人为因素占比最高,达42.86%(18/42)。结论通过分析常见影响检验结果因素,制定对应质量控制措施,加强检测人员技能,优化检验环境可有效提高检验结果准确率。
        Objective To explore the main influencing factors and quality control strategies of microbiological test results.Methods A total of 300 microbiological examination reports from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected for retrospective analysis to explore the accuracy of various types of tests. According to the requirements of the Quality Manual and other documents, the main influencing factors in microbiological testing were analyzed. Summarize the corresponding quality control measures. Results At the current stage, the total number of microbiological tests was 258, and the accuracy rate was low(86.00%). Among the common clinical microbiological tests, the accuracy of HIV antibody detection was relatively high,reaching 91.07%(51/56). The detection accuracy of Vibrio cholerae was 86.67%(26/30), and the accuracy of other items was 77.78%(14/18). The comprehensive analysis found that there were 69 errors in the test report selected by the group and the error rate of 14.00%(42/300), the main factors affecting the test results include human factors, specimen factors, etc., of which human factors accounted for the highest proportion, reaching 42.86%(18/42). Conclusion By analyzing the factors that often affect the test results, formulating corresponding quality control measures, strengthening the skills of testers, and optimizing the test environment can effectively improve the accuracy of test results.
