摘要

慢性肾脏病的基本病机是脾肾亏虚,湿浊是其病机演变的重要组成部分,而湿浊又因所处部位及变化形式不同而使机体表现不同的病机和症状,这会导致选方用药上有一定的差异,故对慢性肾脏病湿浊整体病机的辨识是治疗的关键。李建民教授中医临床辨治慢性肾脏病经验丰富,文章结合具体病例分析总结了其在慢性肾脏病湿浊的病机辨识及选方用药方面的经验,并且重点突出了舌象对核心病机确定的关键作用,为中医临床诊治慢性肾脏病提供参考。
        The basic pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease(CKD) is spleen-kidney deficiency. Damp turbidity is an important component of pathogenesis evolution of CKD. The pathogenesis and symptoms of bodies can vary with the location and versions of damp turbidity, which can lead to different prescription and medicine. To differentiate the pathogenesis of damp turbidity in CKD exactly is the key select the proper prescription. Professor LI Jian-min has rich experience in differentiating and treating CKD in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) clinic. This paper summarized his experience in the pathogenesis identification and formula selection of CKD with specific case analysis, and highlighted the key role of tongue image in determining the core pathogenesis, providing reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of CKD in TCM.
