摘要

张虹亚认为黄褐斑病机复杂,治疗时以疏肝健脾、滋阴补肾,养血活血为基础,根据不同兼症,阴阳的虚损所偏,随证加减。本病为难治性皮肤病,虚实夹杂,疗程日久,以膏方治疗,缓而图功,可救偏却病。
        Zhang Hongya believes that the pathogenesis of chloasma is complicated, and treatment is performed based on soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen, nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney, nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation while increasing and decreasing the dosage as the symptom develops according to its complications and degree of yin-yang disharmony. This disease is a kind of refractory skin diseases, mixed with deficiency and excess and long-term treatment, treated with herbal paste prescriptions, thereby functioning slowly to achieve efficacy and being capble of saving some other diseases that may be somewhat difficult to cure.
