摘要

目的探讨妇产科护理管理中风险管理理念的应用价值。方法选取2017年9月～2018年9月于我院诊疗的100例妇产科患者作为此次研究对象,采用随机的方式分为观察组及对照组,各50例。对照组采取常规护理管理,观察组以此为基础实施风险管理理念,对两组患者的满意度、护理人员各项工作评分及护理风险出现率进行对比。结果观察组对护理工作的总体满意率为98.00%,对照组对护理工作的总体满意率为80.00%,观察组对护理工作的总体满意率相较于对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的服务态度、管理工作、健康指导、书写能力及防风险意识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的护理风险出现率为2%,对照组的护理风险出现率为16%,观察组的护理风险出现率相较于对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在妇产科护理管理过程中,增强护理风险管理理念能够减少护理风险事件的出现,使患者对护理的满意度得到提升,并能够提升护理人员在护理工作方面的整体水平,值得推广。
        Objective To explore the application value of risk management concept in nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology department. Methods 100 cases in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing management, and the observation group was given risk management concept based on the control group. The patients satisfaction, nursing staff work scores and nursing risk occurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.00% and the control group was 80.00%, the overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The scores of service attitude, management, health guidance, writing ability and risk awareness in the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The occurrence rate of nursing risk in the observation group was 2%, and the control group was 16%. The occurrence rate of nursing risk in the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing management in obstetrics and gynecology department, strengthening the concept of nursing risk management can reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events, improve the satisfaction and enhance the overall level of nursing staff, which is worth promoting.
