摘要
美国高中并没有"综合素质评价"一说,但他们实际上一直在进行综合素质评价和综合素质教育。如果以中国综合素质评价的需要为视角,可以发现美国高中生综合素质评价的内容主要有大学先修课程、高中平时成绩、社会参与能力、语言表达能力、特殊才能(包括兴趣、特长、备选才艺等)。其所采用的评价方法有考试评价、等级评价、评语评价、表现性评价。美国高中学生综合素质评价给我们的启示是:应采用综合性的方式进行评价,应突出对学生个性的评价,应让大学在评价中发挥主体作用,评价结果必须与高中升学硬挂钩。
No American high school carries on a universal appraisal of its students, but they have been conducting evaluation of comprehensive quality of high school students(ECQHSS). In the perspective of China's comprehensive quality evaluation program, the main contents of comprehensive quality evaluation includes advanced placement course. The average scores of students' high school include social participation, language expression and special talent(including interest and specialty, alternative talent and so on). The evaluation method consists of an examination evaluation, grade evaluation, comment evaluation and performance assessment. What we can learn from the comprehensive quality appraisal about American high school students is that we should adopt the comprehensive way to evaluate it, focusing on the evaluation of students' individuality.The university should play a main role in the evaluation, and the evaluation results must be linked tightly to college attendance.
