摘要

2018年5月,荷兰应用科学大学协会和高等教育协会发布的《高等教育国际化议程》提出了提高高等教育质量、提升国家知识国际战略地位、解决劳动市场人才短缺问题的愿景。为实现此愿景,报告提出相应的战略目标和实施建议,为荷兰政府、高等教育机构和其他相关机构推进高等教育国际化指明了方向。
