"互联网+"时代要求市场营销人员具备消费者行为的大数据分析能力,线下与线上整合营销能力,开展新媒体营销能力,一定的创新创业能力。因此,市场营销专业建设要不断地寻求改革与创新:人才培养模式改革与创新,更新教学理念,突出专业特色及专业发展潜力的培养,加快创新创业教育改革,完善教学管理机制,加强教学质量监控。
The Internet + era requires marketing personnel to have big data analysis ability of consumer behavior,integrated marketing ability of offline and online,new media marketing ability,and certain innovation and entrepreneurship ability. Therefore,the construction of marketing major should constantly seek reform and innovation: talent training mode reform and innovation,update the teaching concept,highlight the cultivation of professional characteristics and professional development potential,accelerate the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform,improve the teaching management mechanism,and strengthen the quality control of teaching.
