摘要

科技进步与创新在一定程度上推动着企业管理的发展、提高企业的竞争力,最终达到企业经济效益增加的目的。论文主要概述了科技进步与创新的重要性,研究了科技进步与创新对现代企业管理的推动作用。
        The progress of science and technology and innovation has promoted the development of enterprise management to a certain extent,and has improved the competitiveness of enterprises, and ultimately achieved the purpose of increasing economic benefits of enterprises. This paper mainly summarizes the importance of scientific and technological progress and innovation, and studies the promotion of scientific and technological progress and innovation to modern enterprise management.
