知识异质性视角下产业跨空间协同创新的理论框架:条件、动力与路径

摘要
在全球产业空间整合进程中,产业跨空间协同创新是一个新的挑战。基于知识异质性视角构建产业跨空间协同创新理论框架。多样而异质的知识是产业跨空间协同创新的必要条件,共同知识基础与知识相对优势强化了这一条件;知识价值的空间非均衡是跨空间协同创新的基本动力,由知识缺口带来的潜在知识收益推动跨空间知识协同。基于系统论构建"制度协同-要素协同-结构协同-功能协同"的IFSF协同创新系统路径,提出非知识要素协同、知识资产协同、知识结构协同以及功能优化协同的具体路径。
        Industry cross-space synergy innovation is a new challenge in the process of integration of global industry chain.The theoretical framework of industry trans-space synergy innovation is built based on knowledge heterogeneity.Knowledge heterogeneity is the necessary condition of industry trans-space synergy innovation,and the common knowledge base and the relative advantages of knowledge reinforce this condition;the spatial nonequilibrium of knowledge value is the basic driving force for cross-space synergy innovation,the potential knowledge gains brought by knowledge gaps promote cross-space knowledge synergy.The synergy innovation path which is called "IFSF" path("IFSF" refers to institution synergy,factor synergy,structure synergy,and function synergy)is established based on systematic view,the process of non-knowledge factors synergy,knowledge assets synergy,knowledge structure synergy,and function synergy is specifically studied.
