摘要
由于浓缩机所处工作环境相对复杂且恶劣,导致浓缩机中心回转机构长时间受矿浆冲刷,会出现较为严重的磨损,也使得中心回转机构的使用寿命受到较大影响,还可能导致浓缩机出现失效问题,这给矿山生产的安全性与稳定性带来极为不利的影响。为保证生产设备安全、稳定运行,解决设备隐患,需改造一种能有效减少磨损的浓缩机中心回转机构。该机构包括进料管、转动支座、密封回转支承、固定支座、陶瓷耐磨层、地脚螺栓、螺栓保护套筒、锂基润滑脂、矿浆挡板、润滑系统。通过改造,解决了中心回转机构磨损失效的问题,运行效果良好。
        Due to the relatively complicated and harsh working environment of the concentrator,the center slewing mechanism of the concentrator is washed by the slurry for a long time,which will cause more serious wear and tear,which also greatly affects the service life of the center slewing mechanism,and may also cause the concentrator to be invalid.Failure problems,which have a very negative impact on the safety and stability of mine production.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of production equipment and solve the hidden dangers of equipment,it is necessary to modify a central slewing mechanism of the concentrator that can effectively reduce wear.The mechanism includes a feeding tube,a rotating support,a sealing slewing bearing,a fixed bearing,a ceramic wear layer,aground bolt,a bolt protection sleeve,a lithium grease,a slurry baffle,and a lubrication system.Through the transformation,the problem of wear failure of the center swing mechanism is solved,and the operation effect is good.
