摘要
提出了基于特征解析的数控机床故障预警策略。首先,提出了基于OPC通讯协议的整体监控方法。通过采集数控机床特征信息,如功率、电流、温度等,监控并评价数控机床及各传动系统的状态。其次,在以上监控的基础上,提出了基于关键部件特征频率的整体振动监测方法。当传统系统异常时,通过部件不同特征频率识别异常所在。并通过现场实际应用,验证了本监控策略的可行性。初步实现数控机床的状态评估,并逐步实现信息采集、评价的规范化,为数控机床故障预警的规范奠定基础。
        In this paper, a fault warning strategy for CNC machine tools based on feature analysis is proposed. First,the whole monitoring method based on OPC method is proposed. By collecting the characteristic information of CNC machine tools,such as power,current,temperature and so on,the state of the CNC machine tool and the transmission system are monitored and evaluated. Secondly,on the basis of the above monitoring,the whole vibration monitoring method based on the characteristic frequency of key components is put forward. When the traditional system is abnormal,the anomaly is identified by the frequency of the different features of the component. Through the practical application,the feasibility of the monitoring strategy is verified. The state evaluation of CNC machine tools is realized,and the standardization of information collection and evaluation is gradually realized,which lays the foundation for the standardization of the fault warning of CNC machine tools.
