食品安全监督抽检工作存在的问题及解决方法探讨

摘要
食品安全监督抽检工作是确保食品安全的重要组成部分,该制度自实施以来,在保障我国食品安全方面发挥了重要作用,但食品安全事件仍时有发生,说明现阶段我国食品安全监督抽检工作依然存在一定的问题,需要进一步改进。本研究主要介绍了食品安全监督抽检工作的基础情况,探讨该项工作存在的问题,提出初步解决方法,为提高食品安全监督抽检工作的成效提供参考。
        Food safety supervision and sampling work is an important part of ensuring food safety. Since its implementation, the system has played an important role in ensuring food safety in China, but food safety incidents still occur, indicating that there are still some problems in the supervision and sampling inspection of food safety in China at this stage, which need to be further improved. This study mainly introduced the basic situation of food safety supervision and sampling inspection, discussed the existing problems in this work, and put forward the preliminary solutions, so as to provide references for improving the effectiveness of food safety supervision and sampling inspection.
