摘要

2018年,国际石油公司上游经营业绩延续了2017年好转态势,看好油气行业发展,继续实施"重回增长"策略,制定产量和上游投资增长计划。国际大石油公司和地区性国际石油公司、独立石油公司的上游发展策略有所不同。国际大石油公司依靠领先的技术优势,力图在具有增长潜力但技术门槛高的深水、非常规、LNG领域引领行业发展。由于综合实力与国际大石油公司存在差距,地区性国际石油公司及独立石油公司对于上游发展采取"有所为有所不为"的策略,聚焦资源类型,聚焦核心区域,注重专业化,发挥区域性的技术优势和运营经验,在局部地区建立优势。地区性国际石油公司及独立石油公司在当前更加注重短周期项目,尝试进入下游领域,完善油气产业链。
        In 2018, IOCs' upstream business performance continued the upward trend of 2017 and IOCs are optimistic on the development of the oil and gas industry, continue to implement the "return to growth" strategy, and formulate production and upstream investment growth plans. The upstream development strategies are different among major international oil companies, regional international oil companies, and independent oil companies. Major IOCs rely on the leading technical advantages, and try to lead the industry development in deep water, unconventional and LNG fields with growth potential but high technical barriers. In view of the gap of the comprehensive strength with major international oil companies, regional international oil companies and independent oil companies selectively adopt strategies, focus on resource types and core areas, emphasize specialization, give play to regional technical advantages and operational experience, and establish their advantages in local areas. Currently they pay more attention to short-cycle projects, try to enter the downstream fields, and improve the oil and gas industry chain.
