摘要
花生四烯酸(arachidonic acid,AA)代谢产物是多种疾病的生物标志物,精确的定性、定量分析在研究相关疾病的发展机制、诊断和预测中具有重要价值。目前,已经鉴定的AA代谢产物主要包括四大类:前列腺素、血栓素、白三烯和羟基脂肪酸。由于绝大多数AA代谢产物在生物样本中含量极低,因此常规检测技术无法准确对其进行定性和定量分析。近年来,液相色谱质谱联用(LC-MS)分析技术在内源性小分子的检测分析中显示出巨大的优势,分别表现为高分辨飞行时间质谱(Q-TofMS)和三重四极杆线性离子阱质谱(Q-TrapMS)强大的定性和定量能力。本文对近些年LC-MS技术在AA代谢产物检测中的应用展开综述。
        Arachidonic acid(AA) metabolites are biomarkers of various diseases. Accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis is of great value in studying the development mechanism,diagnosis and prediction of related diseases. At present,the identified AA metabolites mainly include four major classes:prostaglandins,thromboxanes,leukotrienes,and hydroxy fatty acids. Since most AA metabolites are extremely rare in biological samples,qualitative and quantitative analysis of them cannot be accomplished by conventional detection techniques. In recent years,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) analysis has shown great advantages in the detection and analysis of endogenous small molecules,which are characterized by highresolution time-of-flight mass spectrometry(Q-TofMS) and triple quadrupole linear ion for their qualitative and quantitative capabilities,respectively. This article reviews the application of LC-MS technology in the detection of AA metabolites in recent years.
