摘要
本文介绍了几种常见的可在高温高压工况下服役的非金属密封件种类,包括橡胶类密封件、塑料类密封件和柔性石墨类密封件等。另外,阐述了常见耐高温高压非金属密封件的性能评价及工况适应性最新研究进展。为油气田高温高压工况用非金属密封件的性能评价和选材提供了参考依据。
        Some kinds of common non-metallic sealing that can serving under high temperature and high pressure(HTHP) operating condition were introduced. Rubber sealing, plastic sealing and flexible graphite sealing were included in those kinds of common non-metallic sealing. Otherwise, the latest developments of properties evaluation and working condition adaptability of common HTHP resistance non-metallic sealing was expounded. Some reference methods about properties evaluation and material selection of HTHP resistance non-metallic sealing was provided in this paper.
