摘要
综述了固体火箭发动机中推进剂包覆层材料、包覆工艺和质量检测等方面的研究进展。针对以不饱和聚酯、环氧树脂、聚氨酯、有机硅和三元乙丙橡胶等高分子材料为基体的典型包覆层材料,总结了关于基体改性和填料复配方面的最新研究进展。概述了注射、粘贴和缠绕等包覆工艺技术的应用现状、工艺特点,以及现有工艺技术存在的问题及改进方法。介绍了几种典型的固体推进剂包覆层质量检测技术的研究与应用情况,包括超声波检测技术、图像视觉技术、红外光谱及激光检测等技术,尤其是无损检测技术在包覆层界面缺陷研究中的应用。建议今后应致力于通过向有机硅和三元乙丙橡胶等基体中引入新型功能助剂等途径提高包覆材料的综合性能,要持续改进包覆工艺技术和包覆层无损检测技术研究,以形成自动化程度高和质量一致性好的一体化包覆工艺技术。附参考文献57篇。
        The research progresses in materials, coating techniques and quality detection techniques of inhibitors for solid ro cket propellant were reviewed. For the inhibitor m aterials based on polymer matrix including unsaturated polyester resin,epoxy resin, polyurethane, silicone and ethylene propylene diene monomer, the latest developments of the polymer modification and filler formulations were summarized. The coating technologies such as injection, paste and winding, and their drawbacks and improvement methods were outlined. The researches and applications of several typical quality inspection techniques for inhibitors including the ultrasonic detection technique, image/vision detection technique, IR detection and laser detection technique, especially the interface-defects detection by using the non-destructive techniques, were introduced. It is suggested that introduction of functional additives to the polymer matrix is effective in improving the comprehensive properties of the inhibitor materials. And the development of coating and nondestructive detection techniques benefits the developments of highly automatic coating technologies with good quality consistency. With 57 references.
