摘要
随着现代科学技术和管理水平的不断提高,工程造价管理工作得到快速发展,工程造价管理体系日趋完善。冶金矿山建设项目全过程造价管理是指覆盖建设工程策划决策及建设实施各阶段的造价管理,主要是通过采用科学、有效的管理体系尽可能节省工程成本,从而提高企业经济利润。现阶段工程造价已经成为建设项目管理的主要组成部分,是企业发展与管理的核心内容。论文对全过程造价管理体系在冶金矿山建设项目中的应用进行了深入研究。
        With the continuous improvement of modern science and technology and management level, the project cost management has been developed rapidly, and the project cost management system is becoming more and more perfect. The whole process cost management of metallurgical mine construction project refers to the cost management covering all stages of planning and decision-making of construction project and the implementation of the construction, which mainly adopts scientific and effective management system to save engineering cost as much as possible, so as to improve the economic profits of enterprises. At present, project cost has become the main component of construction project management and the core content of enterprise development and management. The paper makes an in-depth study on the application of whole process cost management system in metallurgical mine construction project.
