摘要
高速铁路隧道二次衬砌脱空直接关系到铁路运营安全。本文首先提出了二次衬砌脱空是由于工艺设备改进缓慢和施工过程工序把控不严等原因造成。介绍了回填注浆法和开窗二次浇筑法两种二次衬砌脱空的整治措施,以及两种整治措施的优缺点和注意事项,随后提出了优先选用先进工艺设备、加强过程管控和适度改进现有工艺设备的预防措施。优先选用先进工艺设备方面介绍了目前较为先进的数控防水板台车和综合性二次衬砌台车两种设备;加强过程管控方面提出了严控超欠挖、测算应浇筑方量、严控防水板安装质量等方面的要求;适度改进工艺设备方面介绍了简易分层分窗浇筑、拱顶灌满回馈装置、带模注浆等方法。最后通过实例验证二次衬砌脱空整治措施和预防措施,均取得了较好的效果。
        The secondary liner voids of high-speed railway tunnel is directly related to the safety of railway operation. It is first proposed that the secondary liner voids is caused by the slow improvement of process equipment and the lax control of the construction process. This paper introduces the remediation measures for the unseen voids in the secondary lining,namely the backfilling-grouting method and the secondary pouring with opening window, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the two remediation measures and the precautions for selecting advanced process equipment, strengthening process control and moderately improving the existing process equipment. Then, it introduces two kinds of advanced equipment,the CNC waterproofing trolley and the comprehensive secondary lining trolley, and puts forward the requirements of strictly controlling the over-excavation, measuring the amount of pouring, strictly controlling the quality of the waterproofing board.The methods of simple laminated window casting, vault filling feedback device and mold grouting are introduced in the proper improvement of the process equipment. Finally, good results have been obtained with the example analysis on controlling and preventing measures for the secondary lining voids.
