摘要

随着社会的不断发展,网络使用也与时俱进。为防范黑客和恶意代码等对电力二次系统的攻击侵害,进而引发电力系统事故,建立了电力二次系统安全防护体系。电力二次系统安全防护的重点是确保电力实时闭环监控系统和调度数据网络的安全,防止由抵御集团式攻击导致的一次系统事故、大面积停电事故及二次系统的崩溃或瘫痪。
        With the continuous progress and development of the society,the use of the network is advancing with the times. In order to prevent hackers and malicious codes from attacking the secondary power system and causing power system accidents,it is urgent to establish a safety protection system for the secondary power system and ensure its safe and stable operation. The focus of safety protection for power secondary system is to ensure the safety of power real-time closed-loop monitoring system and dispatching data network,especially to resist group attack and prevent the primary system accident or large-area power failure accident and the secondary system collapse or paralysis.
