摘要
为解决风电叶片五节点静力加载过程中加载力之间存在的耦合问题,提出一种模糊控制与预测理论相结合的动态控制算法,并开发了相应的解耦控制系统。首先,对静力加载方案进行设计,根据静力加载的特点建立模糊预测控制系统模型,并对相关参数进行设置;其次,使用AMESim和Matlab/Simulink软件搭建控制系统的仿真模型,验证其可行性;最后,使用控制器搭建硬件平台进行现场试验。结果表明:采用模糊预测控制算法建立的解耦控制系统具有较好的动态控制效果,能保证加载力紧密跟随设定值的变化,满足加载力之间协调控制的要求。
        In order to solve the coupling problem among the loading forces in the five-nodes static loading of wind turbine blade,a dynamic control algorithm combining fuzzy control and prediction theory was proposed,and the corresponding decoupling control system was developed. First of all,the static loading scheme was designed. According to the characteristics of static loading the fuzzy predictive control system model was established and the relevant parameters were set. Secondly,the simulation model was built using AMESim and Matlab/Simulink softwares to verify the feasibility of the system. Finally,using the controller to build a hardware test platform which was conduct field tests. The test results show that the decoupling control system based on the fuzzy predictive control algorithm has a good dynamic control effect,which can ensure that the loading force closely follows the change of the set value and satisfies the coordination control among the loading forces.
