摘要

研究人宠共用产品设计的方法,确保产品同时考虑到人和宠物的需求。通过对服务设计的理念和方法的分析,通过对人宠共处行为的观察,研究人宠生活全周期的现状和产品设计需求,总结人宠共用设计的设计方法。抓住养宠家庭的真正需求点,为设计提供有效的指导方案。得出人宠共用设计体验地图。服务设计方法能够适用于人宠共用产品设计,为得出设计机会点提供指导方案。
        To study the method of designing products for people and pets, and to ensure that the products take into account the needs of people and pets.Through the analysis of the concept and method of service design, through the observation of the behavior of human and pets, the current situation of the people and pets life cycle and the product design requirements are studied, and the design method is summarized. The purpose is to capture the real needs of the family, and provide an effective guidance program for the design. A user experience map for the product shared by people and pets is drawn.The service design method can be applied to the design of the product shared by people and pets, and provide a guiding plan for the design opportunity point.
