摘要
为有效平抑电热微网的联络线功率波动,提出一种基于热泵群灵活控制的电热微网联络线功率分层协同平抑策略,即根据热泵启停控制与功率调节控制的特点,灵活运用两种控制方式使热泵群有效参与微网联络线中低频波动功率的平抑。建立含蓄热水箱的热泵群模型,并将波动功率协调分配层分频后的波动功率平抑目标在热泵与超级电容间分配;由热泵群优化控制层分析热泵群优先度序列,通过模拟退火算法优化启停方案,同时调节热泵动态运行功率;最后调节超级电容出力平抑剩余波动。算例结果表明,该策略能有效优化微网电热能流,平抑联络线波动功率,提升微网运行可靠性。
        In order to suppress fluctuation of the tie-line power in microgrid with combined heat and power(CHP)system,a hierarchical coordination strategy to suppress fluctuation of tie-line power based on the flexible control of heat pumps is proposed.According to the characteristics of heat pump switch control and power adjustment,the two control modes are flexibly used to effectively participate in suppression of the middle and low frequency fluctuation in CHP microgrid.A model of the heat pumps with water tanks is established,and the fluctuation power between heat pumps and super capacitor is allocated in the fluctuation distribution layer.The heat pump optimal control layer analyzes the priority sequence of heat pumps,and the switch scheme is optimized by simulated annealing algorithm.Finally,the output of super capacitor is adjusted to suppress remain fluctuation.The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can optimize the heat and power flow and suppress fluctuation of tie-line power effectively in microgrid as well as improve operational reliability.
