摘要
通过AMT离合器执行机构传动效率试验台的搭建,设计了AMT离合器执行机构平均传动效率试验方案。利用该试验台,分别对AMT离合器执行机构在定时间变负载和变时间定负载2种工况条件下的平均传动效率进行了试验研究。通过对2种工况下一级传动、二级传动和整体传动平均效率试验结果的分析发现:一级传动和整体传动的平均传动效率较低,而二级传动的传动效率较高;在执行时间一定时负载对平均传动效率影响较大,且平均传动效率随负载的增加而增大;在负载一定时执行时间对平均传动效率影响较小。
Through the construction of an AMT clutch actuator efficiency test bench,an average transmission efficiency test program was designed. Based on the AMT actuator test bed,the average transmission efficiency of an AMT clutch actuator was respectively tested in two working conditions with time-variable load-constant and time-constant load-variable. Through analyzing results of average efficiency of the first stage transmission,the two stage transmission and the whole transmission efficiency under two working conditions,we found that the average transmission efficiency of first stage transmission and overall transmission was low,and the two stage of transmission efficiency was high;Load has a great impact on the average transmission efficiency,and when the test time was constant,the average transmission efficiency increases along with the load. However,when the load is constant,the execution time has little effect on the average transmission efficiency.
