摘要
研究混合型饲料添加剂对缓解奶牛瘤胃酸中毒的作用效果。选择荷斯坦泌乳奶牛130头,以添加混合型饲料添加剂前连续1周各项指标值作为试验前水平,以添加混合型饲料添加剂后2周内各项指标值作为试验后水平,试验期每头牛添加混合型饲料添加剂200 g/d。结果显示,添加200 g/(头·d)混合型饲料添加剂,可提高奶牛干物质采食量0.99 kg/d,产奶量增加1.44 kg/d(P<0.05),血清脂多糖含量显著降低(P<0.05)。说明该混合型饲料添加剂对缓解奶牛瘤胃酸中毒、恢复采食量与产奶量、降低血清脂多糖含量具有积极作用。
To evaluate the effects of mixed feed additive on production performance in lactating dairy cows under rumen acidosis, 130 Holstein lactation dairy cows under rumen acidosis were selected for the trial. The trial was lasted for 21 days. On days 1 to 7, cows were fed basal diet;on days 8 to 21, cows were fed the basal diet which was added mixed feed additive 200 g per head per day. The dry matter intake(DMI), milk yield, milk protein and milk fat were measured everyday. Serum samples were collected at day 1, 7, 14 and 21. The results showed that the DMI and milk yield during the days 8 to 21 was increased compared with the days 1 to 7. Serum lipopolysaccharide(LPS) content was significantly decreased(P<0.05). In conclusion, the mixed feed additive could alleviate rumen acidosis and improve the production performance of dairy cows.
