摘要

名医工作室是当代中医精英的代表,其知识成果代表着当代中国中医发展的较高水平。本文通过对名医工作室知识成果的数据梳理,从知识产权视域下分析其特征,提出针对不同级别的工作室作不同的要求,建立专门的中医药知识产权保护制度,提高知识成果转化数量、质量,加强名医工作室海外知识产权战略,系统建立名医工作室商标、品牌战略等对策。
        The Chinese Medicine Expert Inheritance Studios are the representative of the contemporary Chinese medicine elite,and their intellectual achievements represent the higher level of contemporary Chinese medicine development. This paper sorts out and summarizes the data of the knowledge and achievements of the Chinese Medicine Expert Inheritance Studios,and analyzes its characteristics from the perspective of intellectual property. It proposes to ask different levels of requirements for different levels of studios,establish a special intellectual property protection system for Chinese medicine,improve the quantity and quality of knowledge transformation,strengthen the work of the overseas intellectual property strategy of the room,and establish of the trademark,brand strategy.
