主诊医师负责制:打造敏捷高效的医疗生产模式

摘要
在错综复杂的医疗环境,如何让医院更安全、医疗更有效、服务有品质、更便捷,让患者来了医院能够"看得起、看得上、看得好",无疑是一个巨大的挑战。加大医疗服务供给、提升医疗服务效率一直是医改难题的应对之法,目前已经取得一定成效,但不能完全解决"看病难、看病贵"的相关问题,追根究底是医疗生产模式的问题。既有医疗生产模式,被巨大的利益枷锁束缚,难以平衡医疗供需难题。主诊医师负责制突破了传统体制和利益束缚,变革传统的生产关系,通过赋能授权,激发以医师为核心生产力代表的生产潜力,打造出"高效率、低成本、高品质"的医疗生产模式,敏捷、有效地应对错综复杂的医疗环境。
In the complex medical environment, it is undoubtedly a great challenge that how to make the medical service safer, more effective, high-quality, more convenient, and make sure that patients can get better visiting experience in hospital. Increasing the supply of medical services and improving the efficiency of medical services have been the solutions to the difficult problems of medical reform and has got some effectiveness. However, the continuous investment of medical resources fails to solve the problem of "the difficulty and costliness of medical service", which is rooted in the production mode of medical services. The existing medical production model is bound by huge benefit chains and difficult to balance the supply and demand of medical care. The system of attending in charge breaks through the traditional system and the restriction of interests, and changes the traditional production relationship. Through empowerment, we can stimulate the production potential represented by the core productivity of doctors, creates a "high efficiency, low cost, high quality" medical service production mode, and responds to the intricate medical environment quickly and effectively.
