彩色多普勒超声在卵巢上皮性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值

摘要
目的:观察彩色多普勒超声在卵巢上皮性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:随机选取2016年1月-2018年6月收治的68例卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者,对所有患者实施超声诊断。结果:良性肿瘤阻力指数、搏动指数均高于恶性肿瘤,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性肿瘤与恶性肿瘤的舒张末期流速与收缩期峰值流速比较,差异均无统计意义(P>0.05)。不同类型的恶性肿瘤之间与不同类型的良性肿瘤之间动脉血流参数比较,差异均无统计意义(P>0.05)。恶性肿瘤早期的阻力指数、搏动指数均高于晚期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查方式,可从彩色多普勒超声阻力指数、搏动指数方面,有效实现反映出卵巢上皮性肿瘤的血供情况,从科学的层面上实现对良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤与恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤的有效鉴别,应用价值较为显著。
        Objective:To observe the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian epithelial tumors.Method:68 patients with epithelial ovarian tumor from January 2016 to June 2018 were randomly selected.They were diagnosed by ultrasound.Result:The resistance index and pulse index of benign tumors were higher than those of malignant tumors,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no statistical significance in the comparison of end-diastolic velocity and peak systolic velocity(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in arterial blood flow parameters between different types of malignant tumors and between different types of benign tumors(P>0.05).The resistance index and pulsatile index in early stage of malignant tumor were higher than those in later stage,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound can effectively reflect the blood supply of epithelial ovarian tumor in terms of resistance index and pulsatile index,it can effectively distinguish benign ovarian epithelial tumor and malignant ovarian epithelial tumor from the level of science is of great value.
