摘要

目的观察麻黄附子细辛汤合桂枝汤联合抗过敏治疗肺虚感寒型过敏性鼻结膜炎疗效。方法将64例过敏性鼻结膜炎患者随机分为2组。对照组口服盐酸西替利嗪,富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液滴眼,治疗组同时口服麻黄附子细辛汤合桂枝汤。分别于治疗前、治疗后1周、2周随防,评估眼鼻部体征及症状。结果基线情况:2组一般情况及治疗前病情程度比较均无明显差异(P>0.05)。组内比较:2组治疗后症状、体征评分随时间呈下降趋势,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组均可改善症状、体征。组间比较:1周、2周后,治疗组总体改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻黄附子细辛汤合桂枝汤联合抗过敏治疗肺虚感寒型过敏性鼻结膜炎疗效优于单纯抗过敏治疗。
        Objective To observe the curative effect of Mahuang F uzi Xixin decoction and Guizhi decoction combined with antiallergy treatment for allergic rhinoconjunctivitis. Methods 64 patients with allergic rhinoconjunctivitis were randomly divided into 2 groups, The control group was given oral cetirizine hydrochloride and Emiles fumarate eye drops. The treatment group was given Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction and Guizhi decoction. Eye and nose symptoms and signs were evaluated before treatment, 1 week and2 weeks after treatment. Results Baseline situation: After treatment, the symptoms and signs scores decreased with time, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Comparison within the same group before and after treatment: Both groups can improve symptoms and signs, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). Comparison between groups: After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment, the overall improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction and Guizhi decoction for lung deficiency and cold type allergic rhinoconjunctivitis is better than simple anti-allergy treatment.
