摘要

<正>血管通路被是血液透析患者的"生命线",对于急性肾功能衰竭、血管条件不佳以及内瘘未成熟或失败的患者而言,中心静脉置管(central venous catheter,CVC)是维持性血透患者建立血管通路的重要选择[1]。中心静脉置管具有简便快捷、痛苦小以及血流量大等的优点,但同时也可能导致导管相关血流感染
