摘要

目的探析预防性护理方案对老年骨折下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床影响。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月期间该科室收治的96例老年骨折患者进行对比研究。结果护理后,对照组的深静脉血栓形成率为16.7%,观察组的深静脉血栓形成率为2.1%,观察组患者的腓肠肌疼痛、下肢皮温升高、下肢肿胀、浅表静脉怒张等深静脉血栓的形成率与对照组相比略低,经χ2检验,组间对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.413,P=0.035)。结论将预防性护理方案应用于老年骨折患者中,可有效预防其下肢深静脉血栓的形成率,预防腓肠肌疼痛、下肢皮温升高、下肢肿胀、浅表静脉怒张等症状的出现,临床影响效果明显。
        Objective To analyze the clinical effect of preventive nursing regimen on deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with fractures. Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with fractures admitted to our department from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected for comparative study. Results After the nursing, the deep vein thrombosis rate of the control group was 16.7%, and the deep vein thrombosis rate of the observation group was 2.1%. The gastrocnemius pain,lower limb skin temperature, lower limb swelling, and superficial vein engorgement were observed in the observation group. The formation rate of isotonic venous thrombosis was slightly lower than that of the control group. After chi-square test, the comparison between groups was indicating that the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.413, P=0.035). Conclusion The preventive nursing program can be used to prevent the formation of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities and prevent the occurrence of gastrocnemius pain, lower limb skin temperature, lower extremity swelling, superficial venous anger and other symptoms. The effect is obvious.
