摘要

目的分析与研究个性化护理在剖宫产切口护理中的护理效果和应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月在我院收治的58例剖宫产患者作为研究对象,对其进行随机分组分为常规组与实验组,每组各29例,常规组实施常规护理,实验组采取个性化护理,分析两组患者的护理效果和应用价值。结果实验组患者术后出血、床褥感染、肠梗阻、切口开裂等并发症发生情况要明显低于常规组,并发症发生率较低,且实验组患者护理满意度要显著高于常规组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产患者术后切口护理中应用个性化护理,可以有效降低术后并发症的发生率,并提升护理工作的满意度,应用价值非常高,值得在剖宫产患者术后切口护理中推广与应用。
        Objective To analyze and study the nursing effect and application value of personalized nursing in the nursing of cesarean section incision. Methods A total of 58 cesarean section patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December2018 were selected as research objects. They were randomLy divided into the conventional group and the experimental group, with29 cases in each group. The conventional group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received personalized nursing.Results Postoperative bleeding, bedclothes infection, intestinal obstruction, incision cracking and other complications in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, with a lower incidence of complications, and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of personalized nursing in the postoperative incision nursing of patients with cesarean section can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the satisfaction of nursing work. The application value is very high, which is worthy of promotion and application in the postoperative incision nursing of patients with cesarean section.
