围手术期精准护理在脑动脉瘤介入栓塞治疗中的效果分析

摘要

目的探讨脑动脉瘤介入栓塞治疗围手术期精准护理的效果。方法选取我院(2015年1月至2017年1月)收治的100例(110枚动脉瘤)脑动脉瘤患者,根据围手术期不同护理方法分为两组,观察组(n=50,共56枚动脉瘤)给予精准护理,对照组(n=50,共54枚动脉瘤)给予常规护理,对比两组患者手术指标和治疗前后昏迷程度、心理状态以及不良事件发生率。结果两组患者术中出血量、手术时间对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后两组患者GCS评分对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后两组患者SDS、SAS评分对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良事件发生率10.00%vs30.00%对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑动脉瘤介入栓塞治疗中给予围手术期精准护理可有效促进治疗效果,缓解负性心理,促进预后改善,值得临床推广。
        Objective To explore the effect of precise nursing during perioperative period of interventional embolization for cerebral aneurysms.Methods 100 patients with cerebral aneurysms(110 aneurysms) admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods during perioperative period. The observation group(n=50, 56 aneurysms) was given precise nursing care,while the control group(n=50, 54 aneurysms) was given routine nursing care. The operative indexes, coma degree and psychological state before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. State and incidence of adverse events. Results There were significant differences in blood volume and operation time between the two groups(P <0.05). There was significant difference in GCS score between the two groups after operation(P <0.05). There were significant differences in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the two groups was 10.00% vs 30.00%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Accurate perioperative nursing in interventional embolization of cerebral aneurysms can effectively promote the therapeutic effect, alleviate negative psychology and improve prognosis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
