摘要

目的分析超早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术治疗高血压脑出血的效果。方法选择近1年我院收治的60例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,随机分为甲组和乙组,分别采用早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术以及超早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术进行治疗,治疗后对效果分析。结果在本次研究中对两组患者术后不同时间段的GOS评分对比,实践证明,乙组的术后1个月GOS评分、术后半年GOS评分高于甲组。对两组患者的治疗效果分析,乙组的总有效率明显高于甲组。结论对高血压脑出血患者给予超早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术进行治疗,效果明显,患者血肿完全清除,预后效果明显。
        Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhage for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Almost a year of our hospital 60 patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage as the research object,and randomly divided into the first division and group b,respectively,using small bone window early minimally invasive removal of cerebral hemorrhage and ultra small bone window early minimally invasive removal of cerebral hemorrhage treatment,analyzing the effect after treatment.Results In this study,the GOS score was compared between two groups of patients in different time periods after surgery,and the results showed that the GOS score was higher than that of the group a month after surgery.The total effective rate of group b was significantly higher than that in group a.Conclusion The patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were treated with minimally invasive intracerebral hemorrhage,and the effect was obvious.
