自我调节理论护理方案对学龄期哮喘患儿吸入糖皮质激素治疗依从性的影响

摘要
目的探讨自我调节理论护理方案对学龄期哮喘患儿吸入糖皮质激素治疗依从性的影响。方法选择2018年1—5月在我院诊断治疗的学龄期哮喘患儿60例为研究对象,随机等分为干预组与对照组。对照组实施常规护理,干预组实施自我调节理论护理方案。比较两组护理干预后服药依从性、哮喘控制情况、症状感知情况。结果出院后4,8,12周干预组患儿服药依从性评分高于对照组(P <0. 05);出院后8,12周干预组患儿病情控制评分高于对照组(P <0. 05),日间症状感知评分、夜间症状感知评分、变应性鼻炎症状感知评分均低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论对学龄期哮喘患儿实施自我调节理论护理方案能够显著提高糖皮质激素治疗的依从性,改善哮喘控制效果。
        Objective To discuss the effect of self-regulating theory nursing program on compliance of inhaled glucocorticoids in school-age children with asthma. Methods To select 60 cases of children with school-age asthma who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May2018 as the study subjects. They were divided into intervention group and control group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine care,while the intervention group was implemented with self-regulating theory nursing program. The medication compliance,asthma control,and symptom perception were compared between the two groups. Results At the 4 th week,the 8 th week and the 12 th week after discharge,the scores of medication compliance in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). At the 8 th week and the 12 th week after discharge,the scores of asthma control in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05),and the daytime symptom perception score,nocturnal symptom perception score,and allergic rhinitis symptom perception scores were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Applying self-regulating theory nursing program for children with school-age asthma can improve the compliance of glucocorticoid therapy significantly as well as the control effect of asthma.
