成人血液肿瘤患者生命意义与生活质量的相关性分析

摘要
目的了解成人血液肿瘤患者生命意义与生活质量现状,分析两者间的相关性。方法采用生命意义量表和中文版癌症患者生活质量测定量表对190例年龄≥18岁血液肿瘤患者进行调查。结果血液肿瘤患者生命意义总分为43.47±9.48,生活质量总分为46.81±14.32。生命意义与生活质量总分及功能状况、社会/家庭状况维度呈正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。性别、对病情了解程度、KPS评分、生命意义寻求是生活质量的重要影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论血液肿瘤患者的生命意义水平较高,但生活质量较低。女性、对病情了解、体力状况好、越积极寻求生命意义者,其生活质量水平越高。临床医务人员需要重视血液肿瘤患者对生命意义寻求行为,提高其生活质量。
Objective To examine the relationship between meaning of life and quality of life(QOL) in Chinese patients with hematologic neoplasms(HN).Methods Totally, 190 HN patients were recruited to complete the Meaning in Life Questionnaire(MLQ) and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General(FACT-G).Results The total score of MLQ in HN patients was(43.47±9.48), and the total score of FACT-G was(46.81±14.32), with the former positively correlated to the latter and the dimensions of functional well-being, and social/family well-being(P<0.05,P<0.01).Genders, knowledge level of the diagnosis and the di-sease conditions, KPS scores, and the search of meaning in life dimension contributed to influence QOL of the patients(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion HN patients sensed a high level of meaning in life, while they had poor QOL.Patients who were females, more knowledgeable of the diagnosis and the disease conditions, who had higher ability to perform ordinary tasks,and who were more actively searching for meaning in life, tended to have higher QOL level. Medical workers need to value patient involvement in search of meaning in life, in an effort to improve QOL of patients.
