摘要
目的探索规范而科学的成批战创伤伤员院内急救护理人力调配方案。方法通过桌面推演,针对不同等级、不同数量的成批伤员,制定符合医院接受能力的战创伤伤员院内急救护理人力调配方案,将其运用到2017年成批伤员接诊流程中,并与2016年成批伤员接诊进行比较。分析两个年度中护理人员的集结时间、现场参与抢救的管理者在调配人力上的难易程度以及医院组织管理部门对护理人员响应的评价。结果与2016年度相比,2017年采用桌面推演制定的护理人力应急调配方案缩短了护理人员集结时间(P<0.01),降低了参与抢救的管理者调配人力的难度,获得了医院管理部门的认可。结论医院相关管理部门可以采用桌面推演制定符合本院的成批伤院内急救护理人力调配方案。
Objective To explore the standard and scientific strategy for managing nursing staff in mass casualty.Methods By the Desktop maneuver,a plan of emergency nursing manpower allocation in the hospital was established according to the different levels and numbers of mass casualty,which was applied to the process of casualties admission in 2017,and it was compared with the process of casualties admission in 2016.The gathering time of nurses in two years, the difficulty of the managers participating in allocating manpower,and the effects of the hospital management departments on nurses were analyzed.Results By applying the Desktop maneuver,the emergency nursing manpower allocation scheme shortened the gathering time of nurses(P<0.01),reduced the difficulty of manpower allocation of managers involved in rescue,and obtained the approval of hospital management department.Conclusions Hospital should use the Desktop maneuver to make strategy for managing nurses during mass casualty based on the local resources individually.
