摘要

目的建立四川省阿坝州红原县健康藏族成人静脉血血细胞常用指标的参考区间。方法选取世代居住在红原县全县11个乡镇的健康藏族成人1 150名,其中男648名、女502名,年龄16～60岁。采用XS-800i全自动血液分析仪及配套试剂检测血细胞参数[红细胞(RBC)计数、血红蛋白(Hb)、白细胞(WBC)计数、血小板(PLT)计数],并与对照资料进行比较。采用x±1.96s方式建立参考区间。结果按性别分别建立参考区间,WBC计数为男性(3.47～11.89)×10~9/L、女性(3.68～11.02)×10~9/L,RBC计数为男性(4.81～6.57)×10~(12)/L、女性(4.17～5.89)×10~(12)/L,Hb浓度为男性158～209 g/L、女性129～186 g/L,PLT计数为男性(89～274)×10~9/L、女性(98～312)×10~9/L。与《全国临床检验操作规程》(第4版)(简称《操作规程》)提供的参考区间进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初步建立了四川省阿坝州红原县健康藏族人群静脉血血细胞参数的参考区间。
        Objective To establish the reference intervals of venous blood cell parameters of healthy Tibetan adults in Hongyuan county,Aba prefecture,Sichuan province. Methods A total of 1 150 healthy Tibetan adults of 16-60 years old were enrolled from 11 towns and villages of Hongyuan county for generations. There were 648 males and 502 females. Venous blood cell parameters [red blood cell(RBC)count,hemoglobin(Hb),white blood cell(WBC) count and platelet(PLT) count] were determined by XS-800 i automatic blood cell analyzer. The results were compared. The reference intervals were eatablished as x±1.96 s. Results WBC counts were(3.47-11.89)×10~9/L for males and(3.68-11.02)×10~9/L for females. RBC counts were(4.81-6.57)×10~(12)/L for males and(4.17-5.89)×10~(12)/L for females. Hb levels were 158-209 g/L for males and 129-186 g/L for females. PLT counts were(89-274)×10~9/L for males and(98-312)×10~9/L for females. The reference intervals had been established and were compared with the reference intervals of the 4 th edition of the current national practice for clinical examination the National Guide to Clinical Laboratory Procedures,showing statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusions The regional reference intervals of venous blood cell parameters of healthy Tibetan adults in Hongyuan county have been established.
