摘要

目的:探讨用超早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术治疗高血压脑出血的效果及安全性。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年1月期间泸县人民医院收治的90例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象。将这些患者平均分为对照组和观察组。对对照组患者进行常规小骨窗微创脑出血清除术,对观察组患者进行超早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术。然后比较两组患者手术的效果。结果:手术后,观察组患者手术的总有效率高于对照组患者(P <0.05),其脑出血后神经行为学评分量表的评分、并发症的发生率均低于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论:用超早期小骨窗微创脑出血清除术治疗高血压脑出血的效果较为理想,安全性较高。
        objective: to investigate the efficacy and safety of minimally invasive removal of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with ultra-early small bone window.Methods: 90 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to luxian people's hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as research objects.These patients were divided into control group and observation group on average. Patients in the control group received conventional minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhage removal through small bone window, and patients in the observation group received ultra-early minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhage removal through small bone window. The results of the two groups of patients were compared. Results: after surgery, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05), and the score of neurobehavioral score scale and incidence of complications after cerebral hemorrhage were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: minimally invasive removal of intracerebral hemorrhage by ultra-early small bone window is effective and safe in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
