摘要

景德镇陶瓷文化产业技术联盟实质就是知识联盟,知识集聚对技术创新起着重要作用,进一步发挥知识集聚能力的作用可以促进组织创新,促进景德镇陶瓷文化产业技术联盟及其成员的技术创新能力与创新效率的提高,提升自身的综合竞争实力。通过分析景德镇陶瓷文化产业技术联盟知识协同的集聚过程,研究了景德镇陶瓷文化产业技术联盟知识协同的集聚模式,以期为产业技术联盟相关理论研究提供参考。
        The essence of Jingdezhen Ceramic Culture Industry Technology Alliance is a knowledge alliance. Knowledge agglomeration plays an important role in technological innovation. Further playing the role of knowledge agglomeration ability can promote organizational innovation, promote the improvement of technological innovation ability and innovation efficiency of Jingdezhen Ceramic Culture Industry Technology Alliance and its members, and enhance their comprehensive competitive strength.By analyzing the process of knowledge collaboration in Jingdezhen Ceramic Culture Industry Technology Alliance, this paper studies the knowledge collaboration model of Jingdezhen Ceramic Culture Industry Technology Alliance, with a view to providing reference for the related theoretical research of industrial technology alliance.
