摘要

民族文化认同是民族文化传承与创新的归宿,民族文化传承与创新是民族文化认同的时代呼唤,历史传承与现代创新是民族文化振兴繁荣发展的必由之路。要传承与创新民族文化,首先,应明确民族文化认同的内涵及传承创新的要求,推动和扩大民族文化认同,必须直面现实中存在的困境,客观地分析内在原因,才能在具体实践中做到有的放矢;其次,要构建民族文化认同下优秀传统文化振兴的内生机制,包括民族文化生态环境,民族文化符号赓续与创新,主体内在民族文化价值选择的自觉;最后,着力探讨在"双创"方针指引下的民族文化振兴路径:遵循民族文化自身内在演进的辩证规律,激活民族文化传承创新的内生力,发挥政府民族文化建设的有效职能,形成民族文化传承创新的社会正能量。
        National cultural identity is the end-result of the inheritance and innovation of national culture. The inheritance and innovation of national culture are the calls of the times of national cultural identity. Historic inheritance and modern innovation are the inevitable course for the boom and prosperity of national culture. In order to inherit and innovate national culture: First, it is so vital to clear the connotation of national cultural identity and the claim of the inheritance and innovation, to promote and expand the cultural identity, and to face and analyze realistic predicament in order to have a definite object in practice. Secondly, it is also essential to build the intrinsic mechanism of the revitalization of excellent traditional culture in the view of national cultural identity, which including the ecological environment of national culture, the continuation and innovation of the national culture's symbols, and the self-consciousness choice of inherent national cultural value; Finally, based on the policy of the dual innovation to achieve the revitalization of national cultural, the revitalization of national culture will be followed the dialectical regular pattern of the national culture itself evolution, and it is necessary to activate internal force of the inheritance and innovation of national culture, give full play to the functions of the government, and form positive energy of the inheritance and innovation of national culture.
