摘要

人才培养模式在人才培养质量中具有重要作用,对人才培养模式进行改革是提升人才培养质量的关键。本文针对应用型本科院校计算机类专业的办学特点,在明确了人才培养模式的作用以及内涵的前提下,研究其影响因素。探索发展本科层次职业教育,构建以企业中的实际需求为导向、以校企合作为方式、以培养实践动手能力为重点,更加适合应用型本科院校的人才培养模式。
        The talent training mode plays an important role in the quality of talent training and the reform of talent training mode is the key to improve the quality of talent training. In view of the teaching characteristics of the majors of computer science in the applied universities, this paper studies the influencing factors on the basis of clarifying the function and connotation of the talent training mode. The paper explores and develops undergraduate level career education, and builds the talent training mode that is oriented towards the actual needs of enterprises, conducted by school-enterprise cooperation, focused on cultivating practical ability, and more suitable for application-oriented universities.
