“一带一路”战略背景下中国对俄贸易机遇与对策分析

摘要
"一带一路",是2013年提出的关于《丝绸之路经济带》的宏观经济和社会发展战略中非常重要的内容。俄罗斯从地理位置上来说,与中国比邻接壤,也是"一带一路"沿线非常重要的国家,随着这一战略要求的提出,必然会给中俄双方的贸易往来格局带来一定的变化。机遇在于政治层面的融洽和国际政治的挤压。政策则可采取相向投资,优化贸易结构、开辟自由专区等,促进两国的经济发展。
"One Belt and One Road" is a very important part of the macroeconomic and social development strategy proposed in 2013 on the Silk Road Economic Belt. Russia, bordering on China in geographical viewpoint, is a very important country along the route of "One Belt and One Road". The proposal of this strategic requirement will inevitably bring about certain changes and opportunities for the trade structure between China and Russia, involving political harmony and the squeeze of international politics. In order to promote the economic development of the two countries,the following policies can be taken, like making two-way investments, optimizing the trade structure and opening up free zones, etc.
