摘要
国内有关民办高职院校青年教师工作满意度的研究较少,而青年教师是民办高职院校教学一线的主力军,其工作满意度直接影响工作绩效的提高、服务学生的质量、学生对学校的评价及学校发展;本研究抽取江西省4所民办高职102个样本,采用SPSS软件进行回归分析,研究发现:工作薪酬、学校管理、自我发展、能力使用、社会比较、领导行为是影响青年教师工作满意度的主要关键因素。
At present, there are few studies on the job satisfaction of young teachers in private higher vocational colleges in China. However, young teachers are the main force of private higher vocational colleges, and their job satisfaction directly affects the improvement of job performance, the quality of serving students, and the evaluation and development of the school. In this study, 102 samples of 4 private higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province were selected and regression analysis was carried out by SPSS software. It is found that job salary, school management, self-development, ability use, social comparison and leadership behavior are the main key factors affecting the job satisfaction of young teachers. Finally, the paper discusses the countermeasures to improve the job satisfaction of young teachers in private higher vocational education.
