摘要

乡村旅游扶贫作为一种重要的扶贫手段近年来取得了快速发展。由于贫困地区自身条件限制、市场经济发育不完善等原因,政府主导模式成为乡村旅游扶贫的主要模式并取得了很大成绩。随着环境的改变,这种模式也逐渐暴露出一些问题,如利益冲突加剧,投资效益低下,缺乏特色,以及旅游秩序混乱等。为了更好地促进乡村旅游扶贫工作的开展,政府应该更加注重本地居民在旅游开发与管理中的作用,多渠道筹集资金,保护当地特色,维护市场秩序。
        Rural tourism poverty alleviation as an important means of poverty alleviation has made rapid development in recent years. Due to the limitations of the poor areas' own conditions and the imperfect development of market economy, the government-led model has become the main poverty alleviation model of rural tourism alleviation and made great achievements. With the change of the environment,this mode has gradually exposed some problems, such as intensified interest conflict, low investment efficiency, lack of characteristics and chaotic tourism order. In order to better promote rural tourism poverty alleviation, the government should pay more attention to the role of local residents in tourism development and management, raise funds through multiple channels, protect local characteristics and maintain market order.
