摘要

由于民办高校历史短暂、经费紧张、学报的内刊身份以及编校人员观念落后等原因,民办高校学报信息化建设在"硬件设备、软件系统、网络出版、网站建设、微信公众号建设"等方面还存在一定问题。教育主管部门、出版行政部门、民办高校学报研究会、民办高校及其学报编辑人员要共同努力,通过"制定学报信息化建设评价指标体系并加强检查督促、开展学报信息化建设评比活动、加强学报软硬件和队伍建设"等策略提高学报信息化建设水平。
        Due to the short history of private colleges and universities and shortage of funds, internal journals status and backward concept of editors, there still exists some problems in the aspects of "hardware equipment, software system, network publishing, construction of website and WeChat official account etc. ". The education authority, publishing administration department, journal research association of private colleges and universities, private colleges and universities and journal editors should make joint efforts to improve the level of journal information construction by "drawing up an evaluation index system for journals informatization construction and strengthening inspection and supervision, Carrying out the evaluation activities of journal information construction, strengthening the construction of software and hardware and team, etc."strategies.
