基于SECI拓展模型的产学研协同创新知识转化行为研究

摘要
基于研究跨组织知识转化的SECI拓展模型,针对产、学研双方的协同知识转化行为策略,构建动态演化博弈模型,并通过参数分析提出相关命题。运用Matlab仿真分析各因素对行为决策的影响,据此提出相关建议。研究结果表明:基于SECI拓展模型所构建的产学研协同组织间的知识转化演化博弈模型具有均衡稳定策略;知识互补性、知识吸收能力与协同知识转化的行为积极性成正相关;知识的私有价值、知识转化平台的占用与参与积极性成负相关;单方违约惩罚与参与积极性成正相关。
        Based on the SECI extension model of inter-organizational knowledge conversion, a dynamic evolutionary game model is constructed for the cooperative knowledge conversion behavior strategies of the two sides of industry-university-research. And relevant propositions are put forward through parameter analysis. Then, the influence of various factors on behavior decision-making is analyzed and verified by using MATLAB, and relevant suggestions are put forward accordingly. The results show that: The evolutionary game model based on the SECI extension model has a balanced and stable strategy; Complementarity of knowledge and absorptive capacity of knowledge are positively correlated with the initiative of knowledge transformation; Private value and the occupancy of knowledge transformation platform are negatively correlated with participation enthusiasm, and the penalty for unilateral breach of contract is positively correlated with participation enthusiasm.
